“All our heroes – native and worldwide cooks and restaurants that we admire and have been trying as much as – are featured right here, so it appears fairly surreal and undeserved that we must be ranked amongst them.

“But we’re honoured to be chosen, and proud to symbolize South Africa, and Paternoster in explicit, on the international stage.
