Let the fan theories start once more.
Jake Gyllenhaal is elevating eyebrows after showing in a W Magazine function that appeared to reference Taylor Swift, whose latest album, Red (Taylor’s Version), is chock-full of lyrics alleged to be about the 41-year-old actor. In a portrait taken by photographer Tim Walker launched on Jan. 12, Jake is seen sporting a crimson button-down shirt with matching heart-shaped sun shades resting on his head.
As Swifties know all too properly, Taylor rocked similar-looking frames in her “22” music video from her Red period, prompting speculations that the accent was a nod to the 32-year-old singer.
“is he feeling 22???” one fan commented on W Magazine‘s Instagram post of Jake’s photograph. Meanwhile, one other one quipped, “Red Shirt, The 22 music video sun shades!! Jake and Tim Walker awakened and selected violence.”
As if the scarlet sunnies did not already create a frenzy amongst Swifties, InType famous in a online story printed on the identical day that image’s authentic caption learn: “Red (Jake’s Version).” Needless to say, Swifties had ideas about that too.
